EKU CONGRATULATED THE “ASYL MIRAS” CENTER FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM ON ITS ANNIVERSARY

For many years, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University has maintained strong cooperation and exchange of experience with the regional “Asyl Miras” Center for Children with Autism.

Recently, the center celebrated its 9th anniversary. Staff members of the “Dana Bala” Center for Continuing and Inclusive Education and 4th-year students of the Special Education program visited the center to congratulate its team and children. In honor of the anniversary, the students performed theatrical adaptations of the Kazakh fairy tales “Bauyrsak” and “The Turnip.”

The event was held in the format of an “Open Day,” where the public was introduced to the center’s activities, achievements, and educational approaches.

The university representatives brought joy and special care to our children. We are sincerely thankful and believe that our cooperation will continue to strengthen through new joint projects,”

At the end of the event, the center’s administration presented Letters of Appreciation to the university administration and students, expressing their heartfelt thanks.

Amanzholov University, actively engaging with social partners in the field of inclusive education, intends to further continue initiatives aimed at supporting children with special educational needs.
