FORESIGHT SESSIONS CONTINUE: THE SECOND DAY OF THE PROJECT “MAMANDYGYM – BOLASHAGYM”

Today, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University is hosting the second day of the foresight sessions on training specialists for the East Kazakhstan region within the framework of the project “Mamandygym–Bolashagym.” The work continues actively as participants discuss key development trends of the region and shape a vision for the future labor market.

The second day is dedicated to in-depth group work in three areas — education, agriculture, and metallurgy. Representatives of major enterprises, government bodies, businesses, universities, and colleges continue developing industry-specific development scenarios, identifying new professions, in-demand competencies, and relevant educational modules.

Participants of the foresight sessions note that the format allows experts from different sectors to come together, exchange experiences, and develop concrete proposals for updating the regional system of personnel training.

It should be noted that the results of the sessions will serve as an important foundation for the further development of educational programs and strategic planning in the region. Upon completion of the foresight sessions, an expert analytical report will be prepared, including a list of new competencies and cross-industry trends.
