Conditions for Transition to State-Funded Education
A student who is studying on a paid basis under a contract for educational services has the right to transfer to a state-funded place if, at the time of application, they have no academic debt, disciplinary penalties, or outstanding tuition fees. This is in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 19 dated January 20, 2015, «On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Public Services in the Field of Technical and Vocational, Post-Secondary Education».
Applicants for vacant state-funded places must submit the following documents for competition by August 27, 2024:
- Application form
- Copy of the academic record book
- Recommendation letter from the curator
