INCLUSION THROUGH ART: EXPERIENCE OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, as part of the Methodological Decade of the Higher School of Pedagogy, a vibrant and meaningful event was held посвящённое вопросам инклюзивного образования and the role of art in a child’s personal development.

A presentation titled “A World Illuminated Through Music” was delivered by music teacher A.S. Mukhamedzhanov from Secondary School No. 19. During his speech, the teacher shared practical experience of working with students in an inclusive educational environment, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, genuine engagement, and attentive care for each child.

Special attention was given to the practical part of the event. Through concert performances by students, the effectiveness of using music as a tool for development, socialization, and self-expression of children with diverse educational needs was clearly demonstrated. Each performance stood out for its emotional depth, artistry, and individuality, allowing participants to раскрыть their creative potential.

The teacher succeeded in creating an atmosphere of support, acceptance, and confidence, where every child felt valued and successful. This approach is a key principle of inclusive education. In this context, music served as a universal language that unites children and promotes their inner growth and harmonious development.

At the end of the event, on behalf of the rector of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, A.S. Mukhamedzhanov was awarded a letter of appreciation for his high professionalism, creative approach, and significant contribution to the development of inclusive education. The students who participated in the concert program were also awarded certificates on behalf of the university rector.

The event became a clear example of how art can serve as an effective tool in the educational process, helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment for every child.
