Scholars of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University consistently continue their work aimed at developing international scientific cooperation and exchanging research experience. In this regard, a representative of AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY, Doctor of Psychological Sciences Natalia Ladzina, took part in the international scientific conference “Personality in the Context of Social Change,” held in the city of Saratov, Russian Federation.

This academic trip was carried out within the framework of the grant-funded project entitled “Socio-Psychological Support for the Formation of a DE&I Culture in Kazakhstani Companies in the Context of Social Modernization” (AP23489784). The conference was hosted by Saratov State University (National Research University) named after N. G. Chernyshevsky and served as an international dialogue platform for discussing current issues in the social and psychological sciences.

During the conference, Natalia Ladzina presented a research paper focused on the analysis of psychological mechanisms of resistance to change in the process of creating a fair and supportive organizational environment, taking into account the specific characteristics of contemporary organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The presentation generated considerable interest among participants and became the subject of active scientific discussion.

As part of the scientific trip, Natalia Ladzina also participated in the open defense of master’s theses within the educational program “Organizational Psychology,” acting as an invited expert. In addition, her participation in the work of the State Attestation Commission enabled discussions on modern research methods in organizational and social psychology, as well as on methodological and applied aspects of master’s degree training. This experience provided opportunities to compare personnel training systems in higher education institutions of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation and to engage in mutual professional exchange.

The scientific and working meetings held fully corresponded to the research interests and current project activities of the Department of Psychology and Special Needs Education of AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY. The outcomes of the trip made a significant contribution to strengthening partnerships between higher education institutions and to the further expansion of international scientific cooperation.
