MEETING OF STUDENTS WITH PROFESSOR GUIDO AMORETTI

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a meeting was held with Professor Guido Amoretti from the University of Genoa (Italy). The event took place within the framework of the academic mobility program aimed at developing international cooperation and expanding educational opportunities for students.

In the current academic year, seven students of EKU have received the opportunity to study at the University of Genoa from October 1, 2025, to February 18, 2026.

• Alikhanova Kamila Almasqyzy — 6B01707 “Foreign Languages (IP),” 2nd year;

• Kairatqyzy Zhanel — 6B01707 “Foreign Languages (IP),” 2nd year;

• Nuguman Aisulu Kanatqyzy — 6B01707 “Foreign Languages (IP),” 2nd year;

• Zhanabekqyzy Akzhan — 6B01703 “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages,” 3rd year;

• Sagadiyev Estiyar Kuatovich — 6B02301 “Translation Studies,” 3rd year.

During the meeting, Professor Guido Amoretti spoke to the students about the higher education system in Italy, the features of studying at the University of Genoa, and the opportunities for academic and cultural exchange.

The academic mobility program contributes to the development of students’ international research and professional competencies, enhances intercultural communication, and strengthens partnerships between universities.
