NATIONAL CLOTHING IS THE CULTURE OF THE PEOPLE: A MEANINGFUL MEETING WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, as part of the “Nauryznama” decade and Digital Nauryz-2026, a festive event titled “National Clothing is the Culture of the People” was held. This informative meeting aimed to promote national values, foster historical awareness among young people, and preserve cultural heritage.

Among the honored guests were representatives of the regional council “Azheler Alqasy,” members of the council of elders, and veterans of the education sector. During the meeting, they shared their life experiences and held meaningful discussions about the importance of national traditions. Special attention was also given to preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Kazakh people and passing it on to future generations.

Third-year students of the Department of Mathematics actively participated in the event. Organized in an open format, the meeting became a platform for discussing the features of national clothing, its deep symbolic meaning, and its role in shaping national identity.

Representatives of the older generation noted: “National clothing is not just attire, but a reflection of the soul of the people, their history, and traditions.” They also emphasized the importance of young people taking an interest in their roots and striving to preserve cultural heritage.

During the event, students presented examples of national clothing, showcasing the richness and uniqueness of Kazakh culture. The presentation attracted great interest from the audience and vividly highlighted the beauty of national color and tradition.
