PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MEDIATION IN YEREVAN

Associate Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, Candidate of Legal Sciences Marianna Dyachuk, will take part in the International Conference “Mediation Without Borders: Dialogue Through Time and Boundaries,” which will be held from October 1 to 5, 2025, in Yerevan, Armenia. As part of the conference program, Marianna Ivanovna will deliver a report dedicated to the practical and intercultural aspects of mediation in the educational environment.

The conference program includes discussions on relevant topics such as mandatory and voluntary mediation with a focus on judicial perspectives, business mediation and its challenges and prospects, as well as family mediation as a tool for conflict resolution. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to engage in practical workshops on mediation and negotiation techniques.

The international conference will bring together mediators, lawyers, business representatives, and government officials from various countries, providing a unique platform for experience exchange and discussion of current issues in the development of mediation in the modern world.
