PROJECT “SILVER UNIVERSITY 55+”

At the Resource Center for Professional Training and Advanced Qualification of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, the course “Rational Therapeutic and Dietary Nutrition” will be held from January 27 to February 3, 2026.

Course objective:
To develop participants’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of rational and therapeutic nutrition, as well as to master the basics of taping to improve well-being, support the musculoskeletal system, and prevent age-related changes.

Course objectives:

• to provide an understanding of rational and therapeutic nutrition for older adults;

• to teach the principles of dietary nutrition for common diseases;

• to introduce non-pharmacological methods of health maintenance;

• to teach basic taping techniques to reduce pain and swelling;

• to develop skills for safe and independent application of tapes;

• to improve self-care skills and quality of life.
