SCIENTIFIC BUSINESS TRIP OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY SCHOLARS

As part of the grant project “Socio-psychological support for the formation of a DE&I culture in Kazakhstani companies in the context of social modernization” (AP23489784), researchers A. Sh. Akhayeva and R. Zh. Tyulyupergeneva took part in the International scientific and practical conference “Horizons of Modern Psychological Science,” held in Tashkent. They presented topics focused on analyzing the mechanisms of psychological safety, which serves as an important element in the implementation of modern management models and DEI-oriented practices in organizations across countries with diverse socio-cultural and economic contexts.

During the visit, meetings were held with the Dean and, concurrently, Head of the Department of Psychology, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor D. G. Mukhamedova, as well as with staff of the International Office, faculty members of the department, and initiators of the Scientific and Practical Society of Psychologists of Uzbekistan: Professor E. Yu. Agzamova, Professor and Doctor of Psychological Sciences M. Kh. Karamyan, and PhD in Psychological Sciences Z. A. Abidova.

Special attention was given to the organization of research activities and collaboration, and a cooperation agreement between the departments was signed.

Additional meetings were held at the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami with the Head of the Department of Psychology, Doctor of Psychological Sciences Kh. A. Tilayshakhova, the Head of the Department of Practical Psychology, Doctor of Psychological Sciences (DSc), Professor N. Sh. Umarova, as well as staff of the university’s International Relations Office.

The conducted working meetings align with the scientific interests and current project activities of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy and contribute to the expansion of interuniversity and international scientific cooperation.
