SELECTION OF 100,000 PARTICIPANTS FOR THE SECOND STAGE OF THE “AI-SANA” PROGRAM HAS BEGUN

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC “Science Fund,” with the support of the Public Fund “People of Kazakhstan,” announce the start of a large-scale selection of participants for the second stage of the “AI-Sana” program.

IF YOU:

1. want to work at the intersection of technology and artificial intelligence;

2. want to launch your own projects;

3. want to become part of the largest AI movement in our country;

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

1. Students, bachelor’s and doctoral students of higher and postgraduate educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as students studying under the international scholarship program “Bolashak” in 2026;

2. Completion of artificial intelligence courses within the framework of the first stage of the AI-Sana program or other courses;

3. Basic level of English (no certificate required).*

A basic level of English is necessary for work in the subsequent stages of the program, as work with AI models, Python code, and specialized materials will be conducted in English. This ensures maximum quality and accuracy of AI responses.

TESTING PERIOD:

March 2–15, 2026 (until 23:59)

Registration and testing are conducted through:

• The PlatonusApp mobile application (for university students using the Platonus platform);

• If your university does not use the Platonus platform, you can register via this link: https://aisanatesting.kz or through the official website: https://aisana.gov.kz

WHAT DOES PARTICIPATION PROVIDE?

1. Training with international experts
   Training under the guidance of Paul Kim, advisor to Lumos Capital Group, member of the AI Development Council under the President of Kazakhstan, as well as leading international experts including representatives from Stanford and MIT, investors, and venture funds from Silicon Valley.

2. AI practice
   From theory to real Python code, practice in Google Colab. You will understand how neural networks and language models work and learn to apply them to real tasks.

3. Entrepreneurial mindset
   Learn from venture capitalists and startup founders. You will learn how to evaluate ideas.

4. Work with real cases
   Projects in energy, agribusiness, healthcare, finance, education, and other key sectors of Kazakhstan.

5. Ready-made business plan
   Final project: 240 essential questions in 12 stages of startup development. Evaluation using an AI system, with the best works published in the Peer Gallery.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SECOND STAGE?

• Registration (a valid Gmail address is required)

• Testing:

  • The test consists of 25 questions

  • Each question has 4 answer options, and you must choose one correct answer

  • Maximum time to complete the test — 120 minutes

  • The time taken to complete the test is considered an additional selection criterion

  • Participants who score the highest points in the test will be selected

  • If you successfully pass the test, you will receive an email at your registered address with a personal login and password confirming your participation in the program
