THE COURSE “MACHINE LEARNING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES” WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY
At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a large-scale educational project aimed at deepening knowledge in digital technologies and modern programming has been launched. Currently, the online webinar course “Machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies” is actively underway, delivered by Denis Kozlov, head of the Department of Informatics at Altai State University, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, associate professor.
The course runs from November 24 to December 17, 2025, and is designed to enhance the professional skills of university faculty members, young researchers, and specialists interested in the IT field. The program covers current trends in artificial intelligence as well as algorithms and mechanisms for their practical application.
During the webinars, participants receive not only theoretical knowledge but also practical assignments. They develop software products using artificial intelligence technologies, apply machine learning methods in practice, create intelligent modules to solve various tasks, work with ML/DL libraries in Python, study the principles of neural networks, and develop skills in data processing, analysis, and forecasting.
The practical tasks are aimed at improving participants’ professional competencies and forming skills in applying AI algorithms in real projects.
In addition, the course enables instructors to apply new methods in working with students, enrich practice-oriented classes, and enhance the university’s research potential as a modern digital hub.
S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University regularly updates its educational programs and creates conditions for the professional development of its faculty. The implementation of the artificial intelligence course is one of the university’s important initiatives aimed at international cooperation and alignment with global educational trends.
This course not only improves the educational process but also contributes to raising the quality of IT specialist training in the region and strengthening research in the field of artificial intelligence within the academic and scientific community.
