THE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND GEOGRAPHY CONDUCTS CAREER GUIDANCE ACTIVITIES WITH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The faculty of the Department of Ecology and Geography at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University conducted career guidance activities with senior students of Secondary School No. 22 under the Department of Education of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan Region.

During the meeting, the instructors presented the 11th-grade students with the educational programs of East Kazakhstan University and the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences. The students learned about the history of the Department of Ecology and Geography, the bachelor’s and master’s programs offered, as well as opportunities for further professional development.

At the end of the meeting, participants were given informational brochures, received answers to their questions, and exchanged contact information with university representatives. The career guidance activity served as an important step in supporting future applicants in choosing their educational trajectory.
