WINNERS OF THE GRAFFITI FESTIVAL AWARDED AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

       The ceremony honoring the participants of the youth graffiti festival took place at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. The initiative for this unique event came from the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, with the support of civic activists, entrepreneurs, and representatives of local executive authorities.

      The festival, held on October 30, transformed city walls into vivid canvases filled with meaning and creative energy. The works of young artists were more than just elements of street art — they reflected the youth’s perspective on social values, legal culture, and modern life. Each graffiti piece served as a call from the younger generation, striving to express its civic stance through art.

       Following the results of the festival, first-year students of the Sarsen Amanzholov Higher College, Zulfia Vakhitova and Roman Ivanov, received letters of appreciation for their active participation. Aizhan Serikova and Sauyk Orazai were named winners in the category “Best Social Message.”

        The graffiti festival not only helped develop the creative abilities of young people but also strengthened their sense of civic responsibility, becoming an important event that united art, social values, and community partnership.
