EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY COMPLIANCE OFFICER TOOK PART IN A REGIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION SEMINAR

In order to strengthen the “Law and Order” narrative in the activities of quasi-public sector entities, as well as to provide methodological support to specialists in the field of compliance control, the Anti-Corruption Service of East Kazakhstan Region organized an anti-corruption school for compliance officers of the region. The event was attended by more than 150 representatives of quasi-public sector organizations. Kainar Zhexembayev, a compliance officer from Sarsen Amanzholov University, also took part in this regional seminar.

Special attention during the event was paid to the role of compliance officers in strengthening the principles of corporate ethics and law enforcement practice. In particular, in the context of the realization of the concept “Adal azamat”, presented by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Kurultay. At the end of the school all participants were awarded certificates confirming the completion of training within the framework of the anti-corruption school for compliance officers.
