LECTURE FOR STUDENTS OF “JURISPRUDENCE”

Chairman of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of East Kazakhstan Region Yernar Amerkhanov held a lecture session for students of the educational program “Jurisprudence”.
During the meeting the participants discussed the specifics of work in administrative courts, the cases considered, the judicial system, the features of the Administrative Procedural Code of the RK, the differences between administrative proceedings and criminal and civil forms of legal proceedings, as well as the legal status of a judge. According to Yernar Amerkhanov, students asked interesting questions.
