- 1986-1991: East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, majoring in "History," qualification - teacher of history, social studies, and law (with honors).
- 2003-2006: Master's program at East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, specializing in "Pedagogy," with a focus on "Management in Education" (with honors). In 2006, awarded the academic degree of Master of Pedagogy.
- 2009: Dissertation defense, awarded the academic degree in the field of 13.00.01 – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. The dissertation was conducted under the guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Zavalko N.A.
- 2015: Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences (Russian Federation).
- 2017: Corresponding Member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 1991-2003: Secondary School No. 15, teacher of history, social studies, and law;
- 2003-2004: East Kazakhstan Technical and Humanities College, deputy director for educational and educational work;
- 2004-2006: East Kazakhstan Institute of Economics and Statistics, dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management;
- 2006-2010: East Kazakhstan Institute for the Development of Education, head of the "Innovation in Education" department, head of the regional monitoring and evaluation service for education;
- 2010-2014: East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, senior lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Social Work;
head of the Department of Pedagogy and Social Work; dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy; director of the Qualification Confirmation Center at S. Amanzholov EKSU;
- Since March 2014: East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, Vice Rector for Educational Work.
From October 2018, appointed Vice Rector for Strategic Development and Research at S. Amanzholov EKSU.
AUTHOR: 3 monographs, 11 educational and methodological manuals, more than 100 scientific articles.
