CHEMISTRY MAJOR FINISHED HIS ACADEMIC MOBILITY PROGRAM

The largest university in the East Kazakhstan region – Sarsen Amanzholov University makes every effort to closely cooperate with Turkic-speaking countries in the field of higher education. In 2022 the university officially joined the Union of Turkic Universities of the Turkic Council.
Membership in the union gave an opportunity for academic exchange of students and faculty between partner universities under the Orhun Academic Mobility Program. The main objectives of the program are to create conditions for recognition of equivalence of diplomas between member universities, implementation of joint research programs and projects, as well as organization of scientific and sports competitions, symposiums, academic and cultural events. To date, students have already studied in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Hungary.

Under the ORHUN program students have visited brotherly countries – Turkey and Azerbaijan. In particular, “Alanya alaaddin keykubat University”, “Bahçeşehir University”, “Kapadokya University”, “Bursa Uludağ University”, “Ege University” and “Baku State University”.
Madiyar Dauletkazi, a 4th year student of the Chemistry Department of Amanzholov University, has successfully completed a six-month academic mobility program in Azerbaijan.
