The first stage of the contest “The Best University Teacher” is launched
The first stage of the competition will start on November 1 and will last until November 10.
The contest is open to full-time university teachers who have a continuous scientific and pedagogical experience of at least 5 years and high achievements in teaching and research activities.
The aim of the competition is to raise the prestige of the teaching profession and stimulate university teachers to further professional development.
The competition is held in two stages – intra-university and national. Application and documents for participation in the contest “The Best University Teacher” are accepted in electronic format through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education universitycontest2023.iac.kz.
The expert group from among the staff and teaching staff of the universities checks all the received documents. Based on the conclusion of the expert group, the commission of the university makes a decision on the participation of the contestants in the second round – the republican one.
The republican stage starts on November 17, 2023.
It should be noted that in addition to monetary incentives for daily labor, the winners of the contest “Best University Teacher” will also receive a badge.
The contest will be held on the basis of an information system, through which participants will be able to observe the transparency of all stages.
