“SILVER UNIVERSITY” GRADUATES NEW STUDENTS

For exactly 72 hours, students aged 60+ studied tools for creating quality content as part of the Silver University project. The Resource Center for Vocational Training and Professional Development organized the course “Using ICT to work in social networks”. The course was supervised by Maral Tolykbaeva, a lecturer from the Department of Computer Modeling and Information Technologies.

The course participants familiarized themselves with modern tools for creating quality content: Snapseed photo editor and CapCut video editor. In addition, the project participants learned how to maintain their own YouTube channel for lecture classes.

The goal of the Silver University is to improve the quality of life and social activity of senior citizens. Every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the retirement age can become a participant of the educational process.

At the end of the course, the students will receive a certificate of the established sample.
