About us

Department of Postgraduate Education (hereinafter referred to as PGU) is a structural unit of the University, which coordinates the educational process of the departments in training of scientific, pedagogical and managerial staff of the highest qualification (Masters and PhD).

Goal and objectives

The main purpose of the department is the coordination and control of educational, research and practical work on educational programs of Master’s and PhD.

Control over the compliance of educational programs, included in the register of educational programs of the authorized body in the field of education, with the state compulsory standard of higher education and developed in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework and the Sectoral Qualifications Framework in the field of education;

Organization of work on admission of students for Master and PhD Programs;

Planning, Organization and control of scientific internships, professional practices of undergraduates and doctoral students.

providing departments with internal and external regulatory documents for Master's and doctoral programs of PhD doctoral studies.

carrying out work on updating the content of Master's and PhD doctoral programs in accordance with the state educational standard and new requirements of the labor market.

ensuring targeted training of specialists on orders of organizations and enterprises.

Organization of retraining of masters who have graduated from a specialized magistracy to obtain a certificate for the main diploma.

Preparation of undergraduates for passing entrance exams for admission to the PhD program.

improving the skills of students in educational, research and teaching activities.

creating conditions for obtaining professional education in a volume that ensures the equivalence of a master's degree in the international labor market.
