EKU SHARED ITS EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING MICROQUALIFICATION PROGRAMS

Director of the Department of Academic Policy and Educational Programs Management Yerzhan Domalatov took part in the opening of the regional seminar “Microqualification as a way to respond to modern challenges” and made a report “Experience of Sarsen Amanzholov ECU in the field of development and implementation of microqualification programs”.
The seminar was organized by the official Erasmus+ offices in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The main purpose of the event is to create a platform for sharing knowledge and experience, as well as to develop recommendations for the implementation of microqualification programs in higher education in Central Asia.
The seminar was attended by foreign experts: Chiara Finocchietti, Director of Cimea-NARIC in Italy, Cristina Gitulica, Director General of the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS), Serik Omirbaev, Acting Rector of the National Expert University Astana IT University, Svetlana Sirmbard, Head of HERE Kazakhstan Group and Rector of Adama University, Johannes Baur, expert on distance education reform in Kyrgyzstan, Head of the Cooperation Department of the European Union Delegation in Kazakhstan, and Chairman of the Committee of the European Commission in Kazakhstan.
