Procedure for admission and conducting special and creative examinations for educational programs of higher education
The order of admission and conduct of special and creative examinations for educational programs of higher education
Special and (or) creative examinations are conducted by groups of educational programs, in accordance with the list of groups of educational programs for which special and (or) creative examinations are conducted.
Creative examinations in the traditional form for groups of educational programs B05-Training of Teachers of Physical Education and Primary Military Training, Training of Teachers of Physical Education and Primary Military Training provide for their conduct in outdoor sports stadiums in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological norms and social distance, in case of quarantine mode in online format with the presence of a medical officer of the University.
Creative examinations for the group of educational programs B06-Training of Music Teachers, B07-Training of Art and Drawing Teachers, B33-Religion and Theology, B42-Journalism and Reporting are held in premises with observance of sanitary and epidemiological norms or with the use of streaming platforms with the use of video recording.
Persons entering on educational programs of higher education, requiring special and (or) creative training, including in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, to pass special and (or) creative examinations shall submit the following documents to the admission committee of the University:
1) document on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education (original);
2) 2 photo cards with the size of 3 x 4 cm;
3) copy of the identity document;
4) ENT certificate (if available);
5) a copy of the document confirming the presence of one of the sports titles and (or) sports titles established by paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 3, 2014 “On Physical Culture and Sports” (if available).
Acceptance of applications of applicants for creative examinations is carried out from June 20 to August 10 of the calendar year, except for persons with higher education, technical and professional education, entering paid full-time education on the basis of an interview.
5.Creative examinations are held from July 7 to August 15 of the calendar year.

6. Persons entering the group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training, who have documents on general secondary, technical and professional or post-secondary education, take two creative examinations.
7. Persons entering the group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training in related areas of training of higher education, providing shortened terms of full-time education on the state educational grant, take one creative examination.
8. Acceptance of documents and special examination for admission in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences” is carried out at the University from June 20 to August 24 of the calendar year, when conducting UNT in electronic format acceptance of documents and special examination for admission in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences” is carried out in the period from June 20 to August 20.
9.For graduates of organizations of secondary or technical and professional, post-secondary education, entering the group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training, points on the history of Kazakhstan, reading literacy (language of instruction) are taken into account.
For persons entering the group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training in related areas of training of higher education, providing shortened terms of study, points on a special discipline are taken into account.
10. Persons entering the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, pass one special examination, conducted by the Admissions Committee of the University.
11. For persons entering the University in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences” are taken into account points on the history of Kazakhstan, mathematical literacy, reading literacy (language of instruction) and two profile subjects.
12. For persons entering in related areas of training of higher education, providing shortened terms of study, points on general and special subjects are taken into account.
13.Admission to the audience (room) or to participate in online mode in the special and (or) creative examinations is carried out upon presentation of an identity document and a pass issued by the Admissions Committee.
14.Special and (or) creative examinations are held in classrooms (rooms) and online rooms equipped with video and (or) audio recording.
15.Creative examinations for entrants with documents on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education are evaluated on a 50-point system.
Creative examination for entrants in related areas of training of higher education, providing shortened terms of study, is evaluated on a 20-point system.
16.The results of the special and (or) creative examinations are announced on the day of the examination and posted on the website.
In the conditions of declaring a state of emergency, establishment or strengthening of quarantine measures, applications for appeal are accepted through the IS of the University.
