ACADEMIC COUNCIL
In East Kazakhstan University named after S. Amanzholov held a scheduled meeting of the Academic Council. The meeting was held by the Rector of EKU named after S. Amanzholov Mukhtar Tolegen. The participants discussed the issues of improvement of educational and methodical and educational work, development program of the university, admission of applicants and employment of graduates.
In particular, Irina Rovnyakova, vice-rector for strategic development and scientific work, announced the readiness of the university to the beginning of the new academic year and the implementation of educational programs in the form of online learning.
Leyla Bayzhumanova, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, made a report on the main work of the University Admissions Committee.
The head of the center of marketing, career and employment Janel Bolatova told about the promotion of employment of university graduates.
On the approval of the permanent composition of dissertation councils in the directions of “Physical and chemical sciences” and “Training of teachers of natural sciences” was made by the head of the department of commercialization of scientific projects and science Gulnur Sharapieva.
Honorary Professor of the University Rizabek Sarmuldinov, Associate Professor Bakhyt Shaihova and Head of the Department of Agriculture Bolatbek Aymenov were also awarded letters of appreciation for their quality work.
– I express my great gratitude to you for your contribution to the development of the university and the sphere of education, for your civic activity in the education of the new generation,” Rector Mukhtar Tolegen said.
It should be noted that during the discussion of topical issues, the responsible persons received instructions for their solution.
