DRUG TRAFFICKING IS CRIMINALIZED FROM 16 YEARS OF AGE

Attention

Criminal liability for drug trafficking begins at the age of 16.

Since 2021 criminal liability for advertising and propaganda of drugs has been established. This is the application of graffiti inscriptions, distribution of ads or QR codes, placement of posts on forums, messengers with positive comments about drugs.

The punishment provides for imprisonment for up to 3 to 6 years.

Administration of drug websites and chat rooms in messengers is an aggravating circumstance and is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 10 to 15 years.

Punishment for drug production, laying, buying, appropriation of found, storage (even temporary) or collection of wild drug plants provides for imprisonment from 7 years to life imprisonment.
