THE UNIVERSITY DISCUSSED THE NATIONAL REPORT WITH THE PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNITY
EKU discussed the draft National Report “Quality Education Available to Everyone” with school principals, heads of pre-school organizations and faculty of the university.
The dialog platform was held with the participation of Inessa Chernysheva, Head of Education Department of EKU, and Rector Mukhtar Tolegen.
– It is necessary to consider this project and work it out with all relevant state bodies. This important document touches upon topical issues that require urgent solutions and are aimed not only at improving the quality of education, but also at improving the standard of living of the entire population of Kazakhstan, – explained Mukhtar Tolegen.
-The draft National Report expresses the results of our joint work with the University and determines the future development of the education system of East Kazakhstan. We are facing new tasks in training of pedagogical staff. For this purpose it is necessary to use new trends. For example, “lateral entry into the profession” and retraining, – said Inessa Chernysheva.
During the meeting the participants discussed ideas in the development of preschool education, secondary education system and TIPE. Much attention was paid to the training of teaching staff related to dual training, as well as the enrollment of students in the new educational programs of the university “Ergopedagogy” and “Early Support Pedagogy”.
In conclusion, a memorandum for 2023-2026 was signed with the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Oblast and a regional program of teacher training was discussed, taking into account the recommendations of the pedagogical community.
