MONOGRAPH BY PROFESSOR OF THE UNIVERSITY IS PRESENTED IN RUSSIA

 

Associate Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence Kuat Rakhimberdin handed over to the scientific fund of the library of the Kuzbass Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute of Kemerovo State University an author’s monograph. The work is called “Overcoming the legacy of the Gulag: from the past to the present of the penal system of Kazakhstan. The monograph of the Kazakh scientist was presented by the Russian scientist, candidate of juridical sciences Maxim Geta. According to him, the problems of activity of bodies and institutions of penal system of Kazakhstan, stated in the monograph, are characteristic for the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that the international cooperation between the professors of WKU and Russian universities is systematic and fruitful.
