Within the framework of the week of SCC “Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Economics and Law” an open lesson on “Normative legal acts, their systematization” was held
Within the framework of the week of SCC “Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Economics and Law” teacher of the Higher College Zhasuzaqova Shynar Zhasuzaqovna held an open lesson with students of group P2B on the topic “Normative legal acts, their systematization”.
At the lesson Shynar Zhasuzakovna presented to students the basic concepts and principles of formation and systematization of normative legal acts. She considered different types of normative acts, from laws to decrees and orders, and explained how they relate to each other and what role they have in the legal system.
Students actively participated in the lesson by asking questions and expressing their opinions. The instructor kept the dialog going and encouraged the students to take initiative. She also presented various methods and approaches to the systematization of normative acts, paying special attention to the methods of structural, subject-object and functional classification.
Shynar Zhasuzaqovna concluded the lesson with a final discussion where students could share their conclusions and impressions. They discussed the practical significance of the topic, the peculiarities of systematization in specific situations and possible ways to develop this issue in the future through game methods.
