TRAINING WORKSHOP FOR YOUNG TEACHERS

The Resource Centre for Professional Training and Professional Development organized a training seminar “Development of professional competencies of a teacher”. The aim was to improve the competence of young teachers for quality pedagogical activity.

During the training, Tolkyn Abdrakhmanova, Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Tolkyn Abdrakhmanova explained the topics of pedagogical skills development, professional training, international exchange of experience with colleagues, use of innovations, as well as emphasized the need to attend additional courses in the field of teaching methods.

The speaker emphasized four important points in the interaction with students. Among them are regular feedback, experimentation with teaching methods, including gamification and learning through projects, mentoring and self-development.

According to the young teachers of the university, they learned interesting and useful information during the seminar.
