INTERNATIONAL RUBIK’S CUBE CHAMPIONSHIP

A two-day international championship on rubik’s cube assembly was held in S. Amanzholov EKU. More than 20 participants from Russia, Mongolia and several regions of the country took part in an intellectual competition with an incredible atmosphere of cubing. The championship was held according to all the traditional canons and in compliance with all the requirements of the World Cube Association.

The participants gathered from all over the world showed unique results in 10 disciplines: 3×3, 2×2, 4×4, 5×5, Megaminx, Scube, Square-1, Pyramid, 3×3 blind, 3×3 one-handed. It is noteworthy that Lhagva-Orgil Ojargal, a Mongolian prodigy and record holder in rubik’s cube assembly, took part in the championship.

The undisputed leader in eight disciplines was the Russian Andrei Che, a multiple record holder in rubik’s cube assembly. Kazakhs also showed good results, taking the leading places in Square-1 and 3×3 blind disciplines.
