A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WAS HELD

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held, during which an interview was held and the Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Work was approved. Zhanneta Kalimoldina, a lecturer of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, became the Vice-Rector.
In addition, a report on the work of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Secretary for 2023 was heard, the work plan of the Compliance Service for 2024, the Code of Corporate Ethics of the Company and the new structure of the Company were approved.
