POETRY CONTEST “ZHYR TULPARY-MUQAGALI” WAS HELD AT EKU

S. Amanzholov Kazakh National University of Culture and Sport held a poetry contest for university students “Zhyr tulpary-Muqagali”, which consisted of three stages. During the contest participants demonstrated their talents in expressive recitation of poems of the Kazakh poet, participated in a quiz about his biography and creative activity, as well as performed with author’s works dedicated to Mukagali Makataev.

The panel of judges noted the talent of young authors and the difficulty of choosing the winner.

– The event was at the highest level, and students love and appreciate literary art and poetry,” said children’s writer and poet Kamshat Nugmanova.

According to the results of the jury, Tolkyn Buldirshin and Madina Serikova took the third place, Mereke Tleuberdi took the second place, and Marina Makamet won the first place.

– I prepared well for this competition. My victory is a great achievement for me,” says the winner.

At the end of the contest, all participants were awarded with letters of thanks and the winners were awarded with valuable prizes.
