RESPONSE OF THE RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY TO THE SPEECH OF THE HEAD OF STATE

Response of Mukhtar Tolegen, the Chairman of the Board – Rector of NPLC S. Amanzholov EKU, to the speech of the President of RK Kasym-Jomart Tokayev at the forum of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

President of RK Kasym-Jomart Tokayev in his speech at the forum of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve once again confirmed that he pays special attention to youth policy and youth in general. The management, staff and students of Amanzholov Higher School of Economics fully support all the theses voiced by the Head of State.

Kasym-Jomart Tokayev emphasizes that gifted young people should become the driving force and reliable support of all transformations in our country. He praised the innovative ideas of young people, assuring that such initiatives will always receive support from government agencies.

The President expressed confidence that educated and patriotically minded young people, capable of critical thinking, should actively participate in the governance of the state. He noted that the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve would provide such a perspective.

Our President called for the final eradication of bureaucracy and paperwork that has accumulated over the years, noting that all processes in the civil service system should be transparent.

We believe that all recommendations, wishes and criticism regarding the reform of public administration are thorough, relevant and have deep meaning.

The speech of the Head of State at the forum of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will give our youth confidence in the future, will encourage them to be educated, always be on the move and strive for greater achievements.
