A COURSE OF LECTURES FROM A RUSSIAN PROFESSOR HAS BEEN COMPLETED

The author’s course of lectures on the discipline “Physics of nanosystems”, organized by the Department of Physics and Technology of the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences, was completed at the university. Lectures for master’s and doctoral students in online format were given by Vladimir Plotnikov, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of Altai State University.

His classes involved the analysis of the electronic subsystem of low-dimensional systems and the study of 3D-electronic, 2D-electronic, 1D-electronic gases.

Note that the lectures of the Russian professor took place from January 22 to February 22.
