ACADEMIC COUNCIL MEETING

At the regular meeting of the Academic Council six key issues were considered.
In particular, the quality of staff training in the higher college, the state, problems and prospects of work on digitalization of the university, prospects for the development of postgraduate education, the work of the Career Center “Professional Upgrading” in the 2023-2024 academic year and the prospects of forming the contingent of students for the 2024-2025 academic year, the development and implementation of educational retraining programs and non-formal education programs at the university.
The participants of the meeting also considered the issues on the execution of the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the passage of the OZP of final-year students of pedagogical areas of training, to assist in the employment of graduates of the university, on the approval of the Regulations “On the policy and standards of internal quality assurance” and the approval of the passing score of UNT in training areas and groups of educational programs of the university for the 2024-2025 academic year.
In conclusion, the rector of the university Mukhtar Tolegen urged colleagues to strengthen measures to further improve the quality of education, noting the effective work of the staff.
