INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE 125TH ANNIVERSARY OF K.SATPAYEV HELD IN EKU

EKU S. Amanzholov hosted the X International Scientific and Practical Conference of students, undergraduates, doctoral students and young scientists on the theme “Integration of education – science – business: problems and prospects”.

The conference, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the organizer and first president of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR Kanysh Satpayev, was held with the participation of representatives of universities in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and the Russian Federation.

During the event were awarded the winners of competitions “The best young scientist”, “On awarding the scholarship named after Uvaliev Yumash Karimovich”, “The best in specialty” and “The best student scientific circle”. Recall, these competitions were held in the framework of the month of “Science” at the university.

– In EKU S. Amanzholov support of young scientists is a priority, – said the rector of the university Mukhtar Tolegen. – At the same time, I would like to pay special attention to the support from the state, thanks to which four scientists of our university this year received apartments.

At the plenary session were presented the realized innovative scientific projects of EKU scientists. The report of Professor Bülent Bayram of Kırıklareli University (Istanbul, Turkey) was heard, as well as speeches of speakers from universities of partner countries.

The conference was timed to coincide with the exhibition Start UP projects of students and young scientists of the university, scientific achievements of scientific centers and laboratories of EKU, as well as scientific works of faculty members and scientists of the university.
