BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held. The meeting considered and approved the Regulations on the Policy for Identification and Resolution of Conflict of Interest, approved the KPI map of the Board member – Vice-Rector for Research.

The Board of Directors also considered the appeal addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and decided to evaluate the performance of the Board of Directors, Committees, members of the Board of Directors, the Management Board, the Corporate Secretary and the Internal Audit Service. The annual report of the Internal Audit Service for 2023 and other issues were considered.
