A TRAINING SEMINAR WAS HELD AT EKU

EKU hosted a training seminar “Lesson observation, constructive feedback”, with the participation of representatives of JSC “NCPC” Өrleu”, organized by the department for the organization of educational and methodological work for university faculty.

Saltanat Tashkenbaeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Physics and Technology, moderated the meeting. She announced the program and drew the attention of the participants to the importance of the seminar.

With a welcoming speech to the participants of the seminar addressed the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of EKU named after S. Amanzholov Nurzhol Nurzholov. S. Amanzholov Nurlana Alimbekova.

– The ability to learn throughout life is one of the most important skills of a modern person, especially those who work in the education system, – she said. – Therefore, we must continuously improve the level of our professionalism. Such meetings help us to improve the quality of education at the university.

The practical part of the event in the format of interactive training was conducted by Madeniyet Khabatuly, Chief Specialist of the post-course support of the Department of Continuous Development of JSC “NCPC” Өrleu” (Astana). As part of his presentation, he shared his many years of experience in higher education.

Also, the seminar participants analyzed the needs of teaching staff in professional development, creation of conditions for their continuous professional development.
