EKU REPRESENTATIVES PARTICIPATED IN THE SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL FORUM

A scientific and practical forum “Current realities of development of administrative law: problems and solutions” was held in the regional center. The meeting was organized by the East Kazakhstan Regional Court. The event was attended by judges of the Supreme Court of the RK, deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the RK, representatives of higher education institutions of the country, state and law enforcement agencies of East Kazakhstan Oblast Center, faculty and master’s students of Amanzholov EKU.

As noted by the participants, the forum was held at a high professional level in the format of an interesting discussion between experienced specialists and representatives of science.

A number of key issues were discussed at the meeting. In particular, practical issues on the application of the Code of the RK on Administrative Offenses and the Administrative Procedural Code of the RK, methodological recommendations in the use of these codes, and other important areas.
