EKU STUDENTS BECAME PRIZE WINNERS OF THE SUBJECT OLYMPIAD IN SHYMKENT

In South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University named after Өzbekistan Zhanibekov the XVI Republican Student Subject Olympiad on teacher training in biology was held. 50 students from 20 universities of the country took part in the Olympiad. They passed competitions on theoretical knowledge and practical tasks.

Within the framework of the Olympiad a trip to the city of Turkestan was organized.

The awarding ceremony was opened with a concert program. Beautiful songs and melodious cues performed by the students were performed for the audience.

According to the decision of the jury from among the teachers of the department, the following winners were determined by the results of the 2-day competition:

1st place: Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai

2 place: Karaganda University named after Abai. Е. A. Buketov.

3rd place: students of East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov.

The winners were awarded with letters of thanks and certificates from the management of SKPU. Bagdat Karmenova, head of the ECU delegation, expressed her gratitude to the rector of the university Mukhtar Tolegen for the support, assistance and the opportunity to participate in this event.
