BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held. The meeting considered the Report of the independent audit organization on the results of the audit of the financial statements for 2023.

Preliminarily approved the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and also decided to determine the procedure for distribution of net profit.
