MORE THAN 20 STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY WILL GO TO TOP UNIVERSITIES AROUND THE WORLD

New countries, top universities and unique opportunities to get experience of studying abroad – all this is possible thanks to the academic mobility program, which is actively operating in S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. From the new academic year, exactly one semester the best students of the university will study in such countries as Italy, Slovakia, Lithuania, Poland, Korea and so on.
– Today the university actively strengthens ties with leading universities and research centers around the world to offer its students and teachers unique opportunities for learning, exchange of experience and joint research. It is this format of interaction that allows the university to make education more attractive and prestigious, as it is a key factor of integration into the global educational space, – said the rector of EKU Sarsen Amamzholov Mukhtar Tolegen
For example, the cooperation between EKU Sarsen Amamzholo and Italian universities of Genoa, Cassino and Southern Lazio has more than five years, confirming the special status of relations between the universities. Currently, the academic partnership has reached a new level. The opening of the Italian-Kazakh cultural center on the basis of EKU Sarsen Amamzholov will take place soon. And in the fall five students will go to the University of Genoa.
– I am immensely glad that I will go to Italy, I have dreamed of going to this country since childhood. First of all, it is an increase of my competitiveness in the future, and secondly, it is very interesting to get to know the student community of the University of Genoa, – shared Felix Zelenkov, a first-year student of the educational program “Two Foreign Languages”.
– When I found out that I had a chance to go to Slovakia for one academic semester, I was very grateful to my university and my country in general for this opportunity. I am looking forward to getting to know a new country and its culture. I would like to encourage all students to try their best and achieve the best results,” said Aruzhan Bolatkhan, a first-year student.
It should be noted that soon the students of the university will go to study in brotherly countries under the ORHUN program. Let us remind you that ORHUN is a program of international exchange between members of the Association of Turkic Universities. Its main objectives are to recognize the equivalence of diplomas between universities, joint implementation of research projects and provision of special scholarships for young people studying the Turkic world.
