GIFTED CHILDREN WILL RECEIVE FREE HIGHER EDUCATION AT EKU

Traditionally, for the sixth year in a row EKU S. Amanzholov hosts the awarding of winners of the Republican Olympiad in Kazakh language and literature named after Kanipa Bitibayeva.

As part of this event since 2018, EKU Rector Mukhtar Tolegen personally presents certificates for university grants to selected prize winners.

This year they were two gifted schoolgirls of EKU – pupils of Kurchum secondary school No. 1 Gulim Idayatova and boarding school named after Zhambyl Markhabat Sahabat. Zhambyl Marhabat Sayashova.

-I always dreamed of entering this educational institution to become a teacher of Kazakh language and literature. Therefore, I and my parents are doubly happy to win the grant. I am grateful to the rector for such support of our generation, – shared Marhabat.

It should be noted that the contest, organized by the Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Daryn”, consisted of two rounds: an essay and an oral task. Young participants competed among themselves in their knowledge of the biography, scientific, pedagogical and creative works of the honored teacher of the USSR.
