EKU COMPLIANCE OFFICER TOOK PART IN THE REPUBLICAN SUMMER ANTI-CORRUPTION SCHOOL
EKU S. Amanzholov Compliance Officer Kainar Zhexembayev took part in the Summer Anti-Corruption School for teachers and compliance officers of higher education institutions “Culture of integrity in higher education”.
The main objectives of the school were to strengthen the knowledge of anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the study and implementation of anti-corruption tools in the education system.
The programme of the four-day event in Bayanaul State National Nature Park consisted of group and individual tasks, a quiz game, and presentations of author’s reports. In addition, the school participants were addressed by Evgeny Bedych, Chief Specialist of the Department of Prevention of the Department of the RK Agency for Anti-Corruption in Kostanay region, Aigerim Tarbagataeva, business coach of the International Academy of Emotional Intelligence, Madina Kalimova, communications specialist of UNODC in Kazakhstan, Miras Kargabay, Head of the Department of formation of anti-corruption culture of the Prevention Service of the RK Agency for Anti-Corruption, and others.
According to Kainar Zhexembayev, the training at the Summer School was fruitful and active. At the end, the compliance officers of the universities were given an excursion to the sacred places and presented with certificates.
