TURKISH SCIENTIST VISITED AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

The scientist, PhD Erdogan Garip Sain from Turkish partner University Sakarya arrived at alma mater. The professor became one of 10 winners of the program “Attraction of foreign scientists”, which was initiated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Erdogan Garip Sain is engaged in research in the field of metallurgy and materials science. On the basis of Amanzholov University he will be engaged in the development of coating technologies by gas-thermal spraying methods. His Hirsch index is six.

As Rector of Amanzholov University Mukhtar Tolegen noted, the visit of the Turkish scientist is another indicator of openness to global cooperation and contribution to the progress of domestic science.
