“ORHUN”: AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY STUDENTS EXPAND HORIZONS

In the upcoming academic year, 12 students will go to brotherly countries – Turkey and Azerbaijan under the academic mobility program “ORHUN”. During one semester Kazakhstan students will get knowledge in the leading universities: Baku State University, Ege University, Cappadocia University.

-I am glad that the university provided such a unique opportunity. New knowledge, acquaintance with an unexplored country and its culture are waiting for me ahead,” said Kamila Bagimbaeva, a student of the educational programs ‘Two foreign languages’.

We remind you that ORHUN is a program of international exchange between members of the Association of Turkic Universities. Its main objectives are recognition of equivalence of diplomas between universities, joint implementation of research projects and provision of special scholarships for young people studying the Turkic world.

Today the university is actively strengthening ties with leading universities and research centers around the world to offer its students and teachers unique opportunities for studying, exchanging experience and conducting joint research. This makes studying of higher quality and contributes to the university’s integration into the global educational space.
