MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION: SEMINAR AT ASTANA IT UNIVERSITY

Dinara Saparova, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and International Cooperation, PhD Doctor of Amanzholov University took part in the intensive workshop “Management in Education: Setting up an Internal Quality Assurance System”, which was held in Astana on the basis of Astana IT University.

The workshop was attended by directors of quality assurance departments of universities from different regions of Kazakhstan. Participants analyzed the organizational structure of internal quality assurance systems, quality codes of universities and built regulations of business processes using ICT tools.

-I am glad that I took part in this intensive, as the seminar literally laid out all the business processes of the internal quality assurance system. The analysis of real cases from different universities allowed to see the advantages and disadvantages in quality management, the area of responsibility of all participants of the educational process, – said Dinara Saparova.

The seminar allowed participants to analyze in detail the organizational structure and quality code of universities.
