THE FINAL SEMINAR OF A SCIENTIST FROM TURKEY WAS HELD

The final seminar held by Bahadir Keskin, professor from Turkey, scientist in the field of nanochemistry, was held at the S. Amanzholov EKU. The seminar was attended by teachers and students of the Department of Chemistry.

Bahadir Keskin devoted his speech to the development of innovative nanohybrid materials that combine macromolecules with nanostructured components. These materials are unique in their properties and structure.

In addition, during the workshop, the scientist paid attention to the continuous development of oxygen electrocatalysts, which are potentially needed for metal air batteries, lithium-sulphur batteries, and others. All of these could have an impact on creating a cleaner future.

-During my internship at EKU I presented my scientific work to local scientists and students and learnt more about the research activities of the university. I express my gratitude to the management of EKU for the warm welcome,’ said the professor.

At the end of the seminar all participants were awarded certificates. According to the listeners, the topics discussed gave new ideas for future research and development in the field of chemistry.
