TRAINING FOR INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KYRGYZSTAN STUDENTS: “HOW TO START A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS?”

Teachers of the Higher School of Business and Law of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University – Almira Saktaeva, Lyailya Akhmetova and Alma Baiguzhinova conducted business training ‘How to open a successful business?’ for final year students of the Department of Economics and Management of the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).

The purpose of the training was to activate students’ creative initiative in entrepreneurship and to provide an opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in practical situations.

-Knowledge for the formation of entrepreneurial skills is especially relevant today. This business training is aimed at expanding and developing graduates‘ entrepreneurial abilities, as well as involving them in activities to create startup projects,’ said Alma Baiguzhinova.

According to the participants, the training was an important stage in the preparation of future entrepreneurs. They stressed that they improved their professional skills, learnt how to develop business plans and got inspiration to implement new ideas that can be immediately applied in the real business environment.
