PRESENTATION OF THE NEW CO-WORKING CENTRE IN THE BEIBIT MAMRAEV LIBRARY

In S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a presentation of a new co-working centre located in the Beibit Mamraev scientific library.

The special guest of the event was the state and public figure, deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of VI convocation, Chairman of the Committee on Social and Cultural Development, Doctor of Science, Professor and full member (academician) of the International Economic Academy of Eurasia, as well as the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan Beibit Mamraev. His name was given to the library in honour of the 70th anniversary of the University in 2022. During the presentation, he noted the importance of such a space for the educational process.

– A library is not just a repository of books. It should become a centre of knowledge, ideas and communication. We live in the era of technology, and modern equipment allows us to create a unique atmosphere for studying and working,’ said Beibit Mamrayev.

Today, the library has become a multifunctional co-working centre that offers a variety of areas for work. There are quiet corners for deep concentration and open spaces for collaborative work. New computer equipment, comfortable workstations and a rich collection of literature create ideal conditions for learning, research and creativity.
